Congratulations to Joyce Carol Oates and Mary Karr!

Oates has been named as the recipient of the National Book Critics Circle’s (NBCC) Ivan Sandrof Lifetime Achievement Award.

Karr’s Lit is a finalist for the autobiography category of the NBCC Book Awards. The awards ceremony will be on Thursday, March 11, at the NewSchool in New York City, beginning at six pm.
